9/10
Check-in was, like, super smooth, and the staff was just the friendliest! The free coffee in the lobby was, like, a lifesaver after walking around crazy long. I loved soaking in the tub after that big day. Gotta say though, the room was a little tight with all my luggage, ya know?

Families will love it
This place is the opitome of "bang for your buck". The staff was super friendly and even though they had limited English, they managed to help me out with anything I needed, even translating with their phones. Free coffee was also a nice perk in the lobby! And oh, the showers were spacious, great for someone like me who values comfort after a long day.
It wasn't exactly a steal but it was worth every penny.

Having to exchange the room key for an out key at the reception not only wastes time but also adds unnecessary hassle!!! They could really simplify this process for guests!!!

This place was just a suitable option for a couple of nights in Osaka with incredible value for money. The free coffee in the lobby was a lifesaver after wandering around all day. Make sure to pack light for the small rooms.

The room featured a very nice bathtub and the bath products were luxurious, making for a relaxing experience after a day of exploring. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even with my limited Japanese. However, the room felt cramped with larger luggage, and the check-in process was a bit more involved than necessary, requiring key exchanges that added some hassle. While the location was convenient, it could benefit from slightly more space in the accommodations.
